Leeuwin
The
Leeuwin Current flows across the continental shelf waters of Western Australia.
Corals and sea life alike are dependent upon its warm, tropical waters and its
ability to transport tropical marine species to the Abrolhos Islands and the
Great Australian Bight. Feeding from this ocean current are the Zeehan and Abrolhos
currents.
