Zephyr
My
brief stint with macro photography opened up a world of intricacy I hadn't known
existed. Under the influence of the macro lens, I became intoxicated with details
of plants and flowers I hadn't ever trained my eye to see before. One of my
favorite things to photograph and examine was the internal structure of flowers
and their pistils and stamen. Zephyr was modeled after the core of a hibiscus
flower, blown up to proportions which the human eye can not overlook.
